  • Early-Bird Sweat

*The Sweat and Move workouts are the same workout at varying intensity levels with the Early-Bird and After-Work workout a little more challenging than the Mid-Day.

*The Monday afterwork-workout is a flex start.  Come at 5:00PM for the sweat class and stay through the strength class for an extended length workout, or come at 5:30PM for a standard length class that is mostly strength with a bit of cardio.
