Justen & Jessie

Justen and Jessie did private training and  made incredible progress over over a two years time span.  As avid bikers and hikers they always had good endurance, but it wasn’t until they started strength training and adopted a trainer guided diet that they transformed their bodies.  Justen has a dead lift of PR of 435 x 2, and Jessie can do 5 pull ups during a normal training session.
