I have been working with personal trainers Londa and Jon for about a year now, and both have been instrumental in helping me get my body in the shape that I want it to be in. When I started the gym I was 205 lbs and around 26% body fat. I am a 5’11’’ male and I really wanted to not only lose weight, but change my lifestyle and have a cleaner cut, healthier look about me. With the proper coaching, personal attention and expertise that Londa and Jon bring to the table I was able to reduce my weight to 182 lbs while gaining 7 pounds of lean muscle and reduce my body fat percentage to 17%. Along with the phenomenal gains that I have made while being part of EveryBody’s gym, I have also been fortunate enough to be part of the wonderful community and energy that every member of this gym brings on a daily basis.
